上擺5秒+下擺5秒=一次

  1. 早、中、晚、睡前一天四次。
  2. 一次30下。
  3. 一天至少100下。

【Ankle pumps】

Upward movement for 5 seconds + downward movement for 5 seconds = one repetition

  1. Four times a day (morning, noon, evening, before bedtime).
  2. Thirty repetitions in one set.
  3. A minimum of one hundred repetitions per day.
