『正吸』

  1. 每次練習吸3~5下。
  2. 一次6個循環。
  3. 一天至少做4個循環(早、中、晚、睡前)。
  4. 以兩顆球浮起為目標持續練習。

『反吹』

  1. 每次練習吐3~5下。
  2. 一次6個循環。
  3. 一天至少做4個循環(早、中、晚、睡前)。
  4. 以兩顆球浮起為目標持續練習。

 

【Three-Ball Respiratory Training Device - Instructions】

Inhalation:

  1. Practice inhaling 3-5 times each time.
  2. Perform 6 cycles in one session.
  3. Aim for at least 4 sessions a day (morning, noon, evening, before bedtime).
  4. The goal is to raise two balls during inhalation.

Exhalation:

  1. Practice exhaling 3-5 times each time.
  2. Perform 6 cycles in one session.
