『正吸』
- 每次練習吸3~5下。
- 一次6個循環。
- 一天至少做4個循環(早、中、晚、睡前)。
- 以兩顆球浮起為目標持續練習。
『反吹』
- 每次練習吐3~5下。
- 一次6個循環。
- 一天至少做4個循環(早、中、晚、睡前)。

【Three-Ball Respiratory Training Device - Instructions】
Inhalation:
- Practice inhaling 3-5 times each time.
- Perform 6 cycles in one session.
- Aim for at least 4 sessions a day (morning, noon, evening, before bedtime).
- The goal is to raise two balls during inhalation.
Exhalation:
- Practice exhaling 3-5 times each time.
- Perform 6 cycles in one session.
