 《Rosa knee膝關節置換手術》機器人手臂小知識💡

🏅由美國引進，可以於手術中提供即時3D影像，並且依據手術前規劃，提供動態、多角度的膝關節韌帶鬆緊度調整。相較於傳統膝關節置換手術，可以減少肌肉組織破壞、提供高精確度的手術計畫。

👉膝關節置換手術分為

《全膝關節置換手術》適用於關節炎嚴重，且保守治療及其他方式皆已無法改善者。

《半膝關節置換手術》適用於膝關節局部磨損者，較適用於60歲以下。

Compare to the traditional total knee arthroplasty(TKA) surgery, ROSA knee system allows less damage of muscle tissue and high-precision surgical plan.

👉Total knee arthroplasty(TKA)：For the patient who has severe osteoarthritis or the failure of conservative treatment.

👉Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA)：For the patient who has only moderate wear on knee or under the age of 60.
